The Men’s Divorce Law Firm Participates in the Inland Volleyball 5k

On Saturday, March 20, several members of the Men’s Divorce Law Firm participated in the Inland Volleyball Club 5K at Timber Creek High School. Proceeds from the event went towards players from the Inland Volleyball Club who receive financial assistance for tuition. This includes players who participate in the club, summer camps and clinics.

Despite the event starting early, our staff said they enjoyed the run around Avalon Park because it passed by some beautiful lakes and local shops in the area. Natalie Ramirez, our Client Relations Manager, did exceptionally well at the 5k and placed second in her age division.

Since the event was at a high school, many young members of our community attended the 5K. Stephanie Colosi, a legal assistant at the Men’s Divorce Law Firm said “I was happy to see students getting involved. This is what the Men’s Divorce Law Firm Cares initiative is all about: inspiring others to lend a helping hand.”

Fiddler’s Green 5K Event Review

On Saturday, March 6, over 800 people came out to support the community by participating in the 2^nd Annual Fiddler’s Green 5K. “There were people of all ages in attendance,” our legal assistant, Jennifer Bunting, commented, “It created a good atmosphere because everyone was enthusiastic about completing the race.”

The money raised from the event went to Special Olympics Florida and the YMCA Scholarship Fund. Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and competition in 19 Olympic-type sports for people with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, and experience joy. The YMCA Youth Scholarship Campaign supports kids and families in our community who need a helping hand.

The Men’s Divorce Law Firm was happy to participate in the 5K because we enjoy getting involved in local events and giving back to the community.
